- Poor Communication with Managers - No Growth/Advancement - Blatant Favoritism - No Appreciation or Recognition to Hard Workers - Under Paid even with a Degree (Does Not Meet the Average Pay in the Industry) - Managers are too busy creating new system/programs in order to track their employees but have no clue what we do and the issues/struggles we face. - Human Resource is not there for their employees; their priority is to protect the company's best interest.
