Good people, many have been with company 40 plus years. They appreciate their talent, demand good workmanship, and invest in the front lines of the business.
Cons
It’s a big demand on work/life time and requires some good boundaries to prevent burnout. Old school thinking and too much good ol boy network culture. Not a lot of room for new talent to grow.
