Supervisors are unappreciative , higher management takes advantage of there employees, supervisors expect everyone to kiss there butt if not you get treated unfairly, nothing there is organized, all departments are behind. They tell you when you get hired you work OT occasionally but it ends up being every weekend, never have a set schedule one day you can come in at a certain time and the next day it can be completely different which can interfere with anything you have going on in your personal life.
