Pros
For a big company, it feels very personal. Every employee has the ability to have an impact, every day. Senior management really cares about the people, the company's reputation in the market is fantastic, and the results have been excellent for the last few years. I've worked in big companies for over 15 years. This is my favorite spot yet.
Cons
The only one I can think of is that it isn't in a "consumer facing" industry, so people haven't always heard of Hussmann. But, that's not a big deal.
