Cons
- Management sucks
- Dispatcher sucks, really short-tempered
- None in the office know what's going on
- Can get really slow to like 20 hours a week
- Management doesn't really care if you work late the night before, and will complain if you take off even though office personnel take every other day off without a word
- No employee application at all, management took away all snacks
- Extremely hard to get a raise, you need to go get a job offer
- - Not much room for growth unless you want to be a service manager.
- no work life balance
- you will be overworked, and asked a lot to help out, and when you don't they will bring it up
- no family culture between technicians and office personnel
