      Decent pay and plenty of overtime 70 hrs week possible.

      Cons

      Poor management leads to poor staffing, overtime, all the time. People quit as fast as hired always training next group. Favoritism rules the day.

      Pros

      There used to be so many positives working for Hydro and now I really can’t think of one.

      Cons

      Everything! From lack of rewarding loyalty to the company to promoting people that have no business being promoted. Hydro used to be a top-notch company and now they’re just one of many companies that have “sold out”. Not only themselves but their employees as well.
