Seniors are helpful. Comparatively smaller in size than the other tech giants. Now very much focussed on the AI builds and cloud infrastructure. Management, HR seems to be helpful too. Subsidized lunch. Office 12 days in a month.
Cons
Few days back there was restructuring and lay off in 2023. Though not very major impact in Kolkata, India mostly abroad. But need to be careful about own technical skill set.

Cons
Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company.
There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now.
If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone.
Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
