Pros

From the minute I started the culture blew me away! I have worked for titans in the software industry and none of them compare from a culture perspective. Honestly not a slight on my previous employers but a nod to the environment that Hyland has created. Onboarding has been organized and seamless. Hyland's onboarding UI and integration of their various platforms has been quite painless. I get the sense I have arrived at a company I can grow and help lead into the next generation of capture, workflow, AI and integration.

Cons

I honestly do not have many if any but feel it is only fair to point out areas where I'm excited to assist. AI has accelerated all software companies from a product management, pricing , services, support and sales perspective. Hyland is in a transition period but with strong leadership I feel confident they will nail this new era.

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
