      Pros

      Hyland really cares about their employees. You will never be a number here. The perks and benefits are amazing, and the opportunity for growth is off the charts. What you put in here, you will get back out, for sure!

      Cons

      It is honestly hard to think of a bad thing to say about this company, since I have been employed I have referred probably over 20 people, and had several come to me to ASK for a referral. I often hear people suggest that the salaries are not all up to par, but the culture and benefits here are so priceless, that I find that argument to be mostly invalid.

      Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

      Cons

      I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

      Pros

      Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
