Pros

Most of the worker-bee people are friendly. You are all in the same ship after all.

Cons

I could copy and paste what has already been said about this company. Their core values are a joke, literally just writing on the wall now. They don't pay you what you are actually worth. High employee turnover, especially in tech support and QA. They'd rather replace than promote or give a raise. To say that nepotism runs rampant is an understatement. Management, middle and above regularly lie to their employees. Once the old CEO left (AJ) and the old CTO left (Miguel) things went seriously downhill and everyone could feel that the times of this being a cool, fun place to work was coming to an end. MANY of my old co-workers have jumped ship, and the ones that are still there are plotting their escape. I could go on an on, but nobody has that much time. If you need a job and somehow make it through their hiring process, don't plan to stay long as you will see for yourself.

Pros

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
