Pros
Hyland has a beautiful campus and a very laid back staff that generally ensures their contemporaries have everything they need to be happy outside of work. If you're brand new to the software industry, you'll probably find some decent opportunities.
Cons
They constantly limit career development or forward product momentum through nonstop cluelessness, so any career beyond three years is destined to plateau. Hyland also generally squanders any good will with staff by building a management to developer relationship that's toxic because of the massive divide in responsibility and compensation. It's tough to rank the entire organization, however, since senior staff and most teams maintain their own internal culture that could vastly differ from the rest of the organization. If you're looking for growth and consistency, Hyland probably isn't the place for you.
