Pros
The "culture" and laid back attitude. Good company to start career Perks... Onsite diner, coffee, haircuts etc
Cons
Not a good place to advance career experience and/or time served is more important than qualificiations Value experience over education/training Take the time to actually train and promote management Compensation is a joke. Compensation is, on average, 25% to 33% under market value The overall incompetence of management is shocking for how successful the company is it seems like there is a clique mentality and that is how "promotions" are based instead of based on qualifications (education ie degrees (Bachelor's, Master's, phD), training (Certifications)) The lack of direction with the product and overall enhancements. While the product is great at what it does it isn't really earth-shattering.
