      Pros

      -met amazing, smart driven people - loved being part of a collaborative team that genuinely cares about you

      Cons

      -low pay -NO GROWTH -C level management does not care about YOU, waste all company money to travel, sponsor formula 1 driver, multiple Hyland homes that they rent out to employees -The "bro club" makes a lot of Money for not producing any revenue. If you're in the club you are SET but everyone else has a different set of rules they have to adhere to. -20% company wide lay off impacting $1K people. No warning and sent a janky email with a 5 min company meeting. ZERO EMPATHY. The executives should have been let go first.

      Pros

      Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

      Cons

      I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

      Pros

      Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
