      Pros

      Do not work here. If you do, make it three years or less. not worth getting invested with your team or the remaining fake culture.

      Cons

      Where to start? Below market pay. this was fine when we were in the office and the beer cart made the occasional rounds. Toxic C Level leadership. Should have left when AJ did. Bringing people who failed at other places because they worked at IBM or Oracle. Promoting people because they say yes to everything. Pushing new modules when the most recent new modules needed more attention. Not allinging with their own stated missions. CEO blames himself for layoffs, but didn't take a pay cut, nor did any of the other executives.

      Pros

      Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

      Cons

      I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

      Pros

      Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
