Cons
1. No career development 2. You are expected to know everything without being taught. Even if they say differently, you will spend most of your time doing things you were never trained on. 3. Management is disconnected from contributors and have no strategy for future development of resources 4. Generally overworked and underpaid with promotions being given very rarely 5. Nepotism: There's no getting ahead unless you are in the friend circle 6. You are not encouraged and generally not allowed to follow your curiosity to expand your skills. You will be placed in a category and boxed there. 7. All glory and leadership positions go to the head quarters in the US. There are no hopes of becoming a senior manager if you are located in the EMEA region. 8. Lagging in technology given to employees. Low performance Dell Laptops, poor quality screens and basic equipment.
