This is a company that used to care about its employees as much as its customers--which is how they acquired the business with those customers.
Cons
The culture is heavily toxic, protective of mediocrity driven by ego based executive team who are focused on rewards' based leadership rather than leading from responsibility. Pay is lower than average in the industry. Employees are discouraged from growing or seeking promotion. HR leadership has no experience leading an organization of this size and is at cause with the toxicity. HR not at all respected by executive team.
