Pros
Great work-life balance. I never feel pressured to work more than my 40 hours (45 w/allotted overtime, which I do take). Everyone is really friendly and just trying to get their work done, as well. Great group of people who treat each other well. Solid time off. Start off with 3 weeks, max out at 6 weeks if you stick around for a long time. 4-week sabbatical every 8 years. Good career growth. They really do want you to move up the ladder in whatever way you want and keep you around.
Cons
Below industry standard pay, for sure. It's a tradeoff I'm willing to take, personally. I'd rather work a regular schedule with less stress/pressure and make less money, than be miserable working 70 hours per week over on the west coast, but making 6 figures.
