Pros

Revenue going down. Will likely never see 15k customers again, has to be below 10k now. How low are the share prices now?

Cons

Watching all the C-levels get fired and then hired at other companies. Likely lying saying 'they took Hyland from X to XXX revenue' when in reality they sat around and just used TBs checkbook to buy up assets that didn't make sense and were absolute atrocious "leaders." "What was your crowning achievement as CTO?" "Uh, I denied a developers upgrade from 16 to 32gigs of ram" *revs hellcat*

Pros

Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

Cons

I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

Pros

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
