Pros

- Good product and some decent people - Cool looking office in Westlake, OH - They got two slides in the office (thats cool!)

Cons

- Horrible mid tier management teams..many employees should be in their managers positions and the managers should be kicked out.. - Talent, Hard Work, and Creativity will not get you a dime.. but if you drink the koolaid and know the families.. that will get you the promotion.. if you work from remote office.. forget about promotion..also forget about getting economic adjustment to the salary - Very few technical sales people for a software technology company.. - Horrible pay.. they will try to get you interested by offering all stupid and dumb so called "Perks". - Many people who don't know a thing about their true job, are assuming leadership positions. - If you're not from Cleveland/Ohio or are moving there, DO NOT APPLY here.. they will suck you in by showing the absolute false picture. I have seen some people mention about work life balance..... haha.. you are probably enjoying that because some poor and talented person out there.. a person who cares.. if wasting his blood and sweat to do your job as well. If you suck at your job then yeah.. work life balance if okay.. but if you do your job and others job well as well.. DONT TELL THAT TO THE MANAGEMENT.. THEY WILL EXPECT YOU TO DO IT ANYWAY.. WITHOUT RECOGNIZING IT AND PAYING YOU FOR THE TIME.. IT IS PLAIN AND SIMPLE RIDICULOUS.

Pros

Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

Cons

Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
