Hypertherm broke two federal laws and put me on a discipline program for a protected activity. After I successfully completed this discipline program I went to human resources with concerns I had. I also reported sexual harassment at one point. Hypertherm fired me for reporting sexual harassment. That's the second federal law they broke.
