Pros

benefits, work flexibility, on site amenities, on site kitchen staff cooking food, gym, walking/ running trails, cleanliness

Cons

easier to change jobs internally than it is to get promoted in same job, base pay is competitive but can find companies nearby that pay better, internal promotions are not based on experience and work but based on 30 minute interview skills or being friends

Pros

Profit sharing is nice if we get it.

Cons

Hypertherm broke two federal laws and put me on a discipline program for a protected activity. After I successfully completed this discipline program I went to human resources with concerns I had. I also reported sexual harassment at one point. Hypertherm fired me for reporting sexual harassment. That's the second federal law they broke. Reporting harassment is a protected activity according to the EEOC
