Pros

C levels are not opposed to new ideas and speaking 1 on 1. Make the effort and they listen Decent benefits No micromanaging Ideas and creativity are encouraged If you strive to grow, they will encourage and support it

Cons

Can be stressful but overall not much to comment. Just make sure your third party devs understand the product and it’s usage. I would say training can be improved upon.
