First and foremost, the professionals at IA are terrific! Lots of cross office knowledge sharing and interaction. The quality of the design and clients is best in class. The recent change in leadership was seamless and the new CEOs seem to be making communication a priority across the entire platform. The benefits are industry comparable with the ESOP being a strong bonus. The firm's leadership really tries hard to create a culture where work/life balance is a priority, which can be challenging in a deadline oriented industry such as design and architecture.
