I've found IA to be a refreshing culture. The company is still relatively small and is organizationally pretty flat. If you want to complain about something, you can do something about it yourself and make an impact that is felt across the firm. You get recognized for your efforts and although it's a lot of work, I enjoy the people I work with every day.
