Pros
Compensation is decent, that's all. But did it really justify all the mental abuse and always being passed up because I was not clique-y enough? I am not sure, should have left sooner.
Cons
They only promote people in cliques/ managements' pets, was straight up told that I would never be promoted if I don't join any office committees even if I do amazing work (are you kidding me? All the long hours and you expect me to do useless tasks). Most people active with office committees but mediocre in their actual jobs gets promoted. They pretend to not have any hierarchies, but they absolutely do. Some senior staff (who still works there) will steal your ideas then prevent you from joining client meetings. There are so much ego in upper levels, no career development whatsoever. If you are just looking for a "job" with decent pay and not looking to advance, it might be OK, but if you are ambitious, AVOID at all cost.
