Nice people, frustrating work loads - Anonymous employee IA Interior Architects Employee Review

Too many principals with no clear decision making hierarchy that leads to a lot of wasted time and stalemates in the office. Design process is conflicted... lack of experienced people reviewing documents at every stage leads to many mistakes in CDs that are only found during construction. Very frustrating.
