Pros
My personal experience is that IA always strives to be innovative in the design field, do great work for our clients, but also improve benefits, such as parental leave. The hybrid work approach now allows more flexibility and improves on the pre-COVID work/life balance. The leadership cares about its people and are willing to listen and guide. The various locations are also involved in their local communities and giving back as well as involved in programs such as mentoring students. They also have fun events - even for our phased return to work there were themes like Mimosas and a DIY plants bar!
Cons
When working at IA (or anywhere in the Bay Area), I think that that work is high paced and there is pressure at times when there are deliverables. That's where I think that the time off program at IA helps to provide the breaks that people need between project deliverables.
