Pros
The best team I have ever worked with, Studio has a real family feel. Everyone is so nice to each other, there are no drama or drama queens! There is real trust in what you are doing, a good home-work balance and the most amazing studio to work in.
Cons
It needs to be better at championing people inside the studio from Junior to Intermediate to Senior etc. There needs to be a better carrier plan. More recognition of the people so they don't have to go and ask for a promotion. Pay could be much better. It still needs a little bit of work but they will get there
