Unashamedly treats employees as numbers...high turnover - Job Captain IA Interior Architects Employee Review

Employees are treated as a number. Communication between Project Managers is disappointing leading to conflicts & misunderstandings. They expect Revit expertise, yet their limited licenses restricts usage if not on a project. Work is non-inspiring. "Leaders" use constant profanities. Overtime is not compensated fairly. Onboarding is disappointing: only paperwork to fill out w/o proper introductions to team & team dynamics.
