On the forefront of design technology in the use of customized Revit tools and Virtual Reality design presentations, etc. Employee-owned ESOP. Well-known cutting edge clients give the project teams good visibility in the industry. If you take the initiative and come with a well thought out action plan, senior management is generally open to staff taking on as much responsibility and/or different initiatives as they would like.
