Pros
IA has cool clients, I met great people working there who became mentors and friends and supported me professionally while in the company. Made the best out of it by diving in the deep and learning more about client and team management as well as leadership.
Cons
I left the company burned out; worked was dumped on me and had been turning to leadership for support but no action was taken. Terrible work-life balance. Low pay, below industry standards.
