Pros
The pay is competitive. The benefits are decent. I like how they reimburse you for public transportation which is great for me since I rely heavily upon that. There are a lot of companies that you can move to if the current IAC company doesn't fit what you want.
Cons
They are not a technology company when they should be. This industry has a heavy focus on technology and innovation. The company focuses on neither. It is run by people who believe that marketing and branding are the best way to run a technology company when in reality, they should be investing more in the technology side of the business.
