Some sites and and HQ are nice and functional. Wonderful visit to Belgium.
Cons
Some sites are a dumpster fire. Site management can be very hit-or-miss. Sales team rides in the front seat while obligatory service/operations is left outside to walk and clean up after technical sales. Poor company coordination across a decentralized workforce. My diploma and years of industry experience got me the exact same pay ($$ in the DC-metro area $$) as a fresh-to-workforce, non-grad, working at our site in Detroit. Limp-wristed approach to personnel misconduct resulted in a lot of "looking the other way", retention of unstable coworkers, and generally a toxic workplace. I was also grifted into working a schedule that I said I couldn't accommodated prior to hiring. I was promised by the site manager that it would be no problem. Promise almost immediately broken.
