Pros

*In the fight against cancer (if in PT you're on the front lines, at the patient treatment centers running the equipment that treats the patients) *If you're on one of the flying teams and you like traveling a lot, you get to travel a ton depending on which team you're on *You get to work on a decent amount of really cool technology

Cons

*They've stripped down the staffing on all PT centers and expected the sites to run that way without issue, but still harp on the "work/life balance" and demonstrate that they've not a clue what burn out culture is. Good show. *If you are on one of the flying teams you might also be under staffed and extremely overworked due to having to support an embarrassingly bad product. *If you want to transfer to an area that has a higher cost of living, you will likely have to take a pay cut to your life style due to the company repeatedly not offering fair cost of living adjustments (COLA). They have yet to figure that out and frankly it's beyond embarrassing. *Shift work is shift work. It's the nature of this type of job, but it's certainly very unhealthy and bad for your brain.
