Pros

Everyone seems very nice and personable. The onboarding process was easy and quick. The atmosphere is pleasant, and they allow 2 remotes days a week.

Cons

I'd prefer the option of having more than 2 remote days since the commute is really bad if you leave after 4pm. The benefits are average and the pay was not exactly competitive.

Dear current employee, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on your first week. We are delighted to read that your onboarding process was easy and quick. We agree with you that traffic in the DC area can be quite difficult to navigate after 4pm. Have you tried riding the metro home instead? ICF offers commuter benefits that you may be able to take advantage of. Check out the 2017 Benefits page on the intranet to learn more.

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
