Pros

It's an easy job and it was pretty easy to get hired there. If you can read verbatim and follow the script, you can do the job. Flexible hours.

Cons

It's boring working there. Very dull and uninteresting environment. The place has no energy hardly at all. Some of the people that work there are a bit odd. The supervisors micromanage and aren't very positive. On the second day of the job, 1 manager just told us the numerous things that we can be fired for and who isn't working here anymore, and she even had a sense of humor about it. Another manager listens in on your calls right behind you and micromanages what you say while you're on the phone. And becomes very rude with you after the call. He harps on the newbies instead of letting new employees ease their way into the job like most companies would. Most of the people that work there are age 50 and older. Alot of retired people there. If you're younger than that, you may feel out of place. No benefits.

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
