Pros
I was working onsite for contractor, so didn't see any upside. However, I am told by those not dealing directly with contractors that everything is great. Great way to get citizenship and work for government.
Cons
Let me count the ways: Visually have minorities, mostly Asians needing citizenship/visa and other minorities, doing technical jobs and all white overseers/managers.Optics are terrible. Benefits are mediocre. Not great not terrible. You don't feel like part of a family. One day you're in the next day you're out especially if you're part of technical class.
