      Pros

      I had several nice colleagues there.

      Cons

      Senior Managers ill prepared and ill equipped for their roles. A chaotic and unhealthy environment where employees are pushed to do more and more so leadership can walk away with big bonuses at regular staff's "expense". Reverse discrimination rampant and permitted.
