      Pros

      I get involved with interesting work. There are friendly people. The company provides decent benefits. There is an opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      I do not think the company offers the best salary in the market. At times the work-life balance is not great. I question the capability of some of the senior staff.

      Lack of centralized vision or coherent strategy leads to a highly amorphous and constrantly changing structure
