      Pros

      Typical benefits package but recent decrease in vacation/sick time due to a low stock price.

      Cons

      Public company so it's all about making money for the stockholders. I have worked at ICF for years now and the positive reviews on here are mostly from young innocent low wage workers who seem to be brainwashed by corporate retoric. This company is will slit your throat as soon as they realize you are not making them money.
