Company is committed to its values and mission, both taken seriously. Able to work on great projects across sectors, for a range of clients, with really committed colleagues. Pleasant work environment. Great in house expertise. Possibility of working on both business development and technical delivery.
Cons
Salary and benefits offered don't always make employees feel valued. Percentage of salary increase year on year and bonus depend on overall performance as a company. Maternity and paternity leave could be improved. Although the company is committed to support an adequate work/life balance, the workload doesn't often allow for an healthy balance to exist.
