Pros
Great people to work with, very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Allows for flexibility in work environment. Flexible leave and work schedules and long as you get your work completed!
Cons
Not a lot of room for advancement and pay increases. Not the best benefits. A lot of government work which is very difficult in this day and age. Therefore the reason for the limited increases in pay. It was not always that way...
