Worst place to work at.. Subjective Biased Managers. Everyone leaves - Call Center Representative ICF Employee Review

Overworked, recently always understaffed and hiring fewer people to replace people leaving. Managers are terrible people with no empathy or compassion (THEY FAKE ACT NICE). But their actions are pretty clear. If they feel threatened by you or can't stand your gut. You will never be promoted. So much incompetent leaders. Not a place to grow, get paid and look for better opportunities.......
