Pros
Delightful coworkers. I have never worked with such supportive staff. Interesting projects, lots of training, no micro management. You are free to pursue works and projects with no one telling you what to do. Great retirement benefits for a consulting firm
Cons
Somewhat directionless senior management. When someone leaves the firm just spread to the work to others. Talk about burn out but then not much is done about it. Bottom-line is king.
