      Very talented and technically qualified colleagues. Opportunities to get involved in projects that matter.

      Cons

      Sometimes the management decisions are a bit slow and reactive, not ambitious enough. For a company that is building a global footprint it is still too much US centric.

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
