Pros

Smart, kind and hard-working team members who care about one another and and their work.

Cons

(This is not applicable to our ICF parent company - this is specifically the ICF Next commercial marketing agency subsidiary) -New senior management who have prioritized utilization and profit margins over all else, which has led to massive turnover at a rapid rate, very low morale and significant loss of business as clients start to see past the smoke and mirrors and recognize their account teams are made up of freelancers (or simply a skeleton crew) who cannot adequately deliver the work and results they are seeking.

Our industry is in a time of great change, and ICF Next’s network of freelancers has increased in our business and industry at large help many creatives meet the rising demand for work-life balance and flexibility. Navigating these new landscapes while growing our work is a challenge and we recognize this change is not easy.
