Pros

Great work culture, friendly colleagues, good work-life balance

Cons

Pay is not competitive in the UK and EU, and not fair across different country schemes between UK, EU, US and Asia - local workers are taken advantage of based on the 'market' of acceptable lower wages - which is changing and not at all competitive based on skill - ICF losing top people.

Thank you for your feedback and we're glad to hear you enjoy the people you work with. We benchmark salaries and compensation annually to ensure they are fair and competitive. As we are in a business where we negotiate contracts with our clients and select projects that align with our values, salaries can depend on the client's budget and assignments. With that said, we encourage you to have an impact conversation with your manager and use the tools and resources to help you know what to bring to the table to discuss advancing professionally or increasing your take-home pay. Asking for more to meet your professional and personal life is not easy, and it can often take some time to make your case and achieve the desired goal. But we value open and honest conversations, even when it's hard, and we hope you will take that step to reach the goals you want.

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
