Pros
Work/life balance is incredible. Some staff came in late and left early nearly every day, and as long as the work is getting done ICF is fine with it. Most everyone is quite nice and easy to get along with who works at ICF.
Cons
The salary is a joke, and the raises are cost of living at best. I once got a 1.3% raise after being promoted....so good luck earning a salary to live off in the pricey DC area.
