      Pros

      I worked hard, but I also had a good work/life balance. Not much work on the weekends or at nights. I also loved many colleagues.

      Cons

      The pay was terrible; i should never have stayed so long there. Also, I had a problem with a colleague, and it was very hard to get HR to do anything about it. He wasn't let go until after I was long gone.

As we are in a business where we negotiate contracts with our clients and select projects that align with our values, salaries can depend on the budget of the client and assignments. --- SS

      Strong collegial culture, supportive environment, and deep expertise across a broad set of services. Flexibility and autonomy among business units

      Cons

      Lack of centralized vision or coherent strategy leads to a highly amorphous and constrantly changing structure
