Pros

Company allows nearly unlimited flexibility to top performers of an associate level or higher Takes time to show gratitude and recognition Equitable Lots of female leaders/managers

Cons

Many contracts use primarily entry level staff with high turnover and does poor job of hiring to match turnover - cascade effect that stresses managers and staff alike Teams on federal contracts limited in ability to pay higher salaries to retain talent

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. So great to hear that you experience flexibility and recognition. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are a continuous, ongoing journey for us. While we are proud to have received awards recognizing our efforts in diversity and inclusion, we are constantly reevaluating our team structures, taking steps to close gaps, and identify data-driven solutions to invest in hiring people with dimensions of difference. Consulting certainly has its challenges when meeting client expectations. Projects can come in ebbs and flows, and client needs can change based on their priorities. However, most contracts have a set number of hours of work that cannot be exceeded. While meeting these demands is important, taking care of ourselves is a top priority. Discuss your thoughtful recommendations and workload expectations with your manager. - KZ
